At some stage they will be asked to do a sales pitch or presentation and lo and behold they will stuff it up. Not just the small bits like poor eye contact or inappropriate body language.

Oh no, they will crash and burn big time.

They will not understand the brief. And they will not have the humility to ask for clarification.

They will present as if they were in a classroom and not a Boardroom.

Finally they will have the confidence of jelly beans.

Enjoy watching them hit the hard stuff and then look in a mirror and say with a straight face that you would have fared better.
